    Cowboys BBQ & Rib Co. is a nationally recognized award winning Bar-B-Que competition team with over 32 years of dreams and wisdom. Cowboy's is operated out of Fort Worth TX by Enrique and Lauren Vega. Cowboys has won over 450 National Titles to date for "Best Ribs" "Best Sauce" "People's Choice" and more. Cowboys is still traveling over 10,000 miles a year competing from Fargo ND, to Pittsburgh, PA and everyone in between.

    Pigfoot BBQ Co. is owned by Jerry & Debbie Gibson. We started in rib Cook-Offs in 1982 in Cleveland, Ohio at the National Rib Cook-Off, which was the first Rib Cook-Off as we know them now. After owning a pizza & rib restaurant we went professionally into rib competitions in 1989. We've traveled the country from Florida to Toronto (in the Sky Dome), as far west as St. Louis and as Far East as Boston. Along the way we have won over 250 Awards for Best Ribs and Sauce. Including 7 time winner of People's Choice Award in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Best ribs & Sauce National Rib Fest, Naperville, Illinois, Peoples Choice Greatest Ribs in America, Cleveland, Ohio Best Sauce & Ribs Twin-cities Rib Fest, Best Ribs in Ohio 6 years straight and many more awards.

    We started in Houston, TX and our restaurant has been operating in Elizabethtown, KY for the past 15 years. We use our same seasoning and slow-smoking style that has given us the award-winning flavors you are about to experience in our award-winning ribs, beef brisket, pulled pork, turkey and chicken.

    We are REAL TEXAS BBQ with the authentic pink smoke ring in the meat created by our spices and 6-13 hours smoking our meats low-and-slow. The smoke ring means you're getting real hickory wood smoked BBQ, not some white, mushy, boiled, broiled or baked meat. We didn't earn the title of GREATEST RIBS IN AMERICA or LEGENDS OF BBQ by serving anything but quality meat, spiced and slow-smoked in the best-made smokers in the world. You can be assured you will never eat pre-cooked, frozen or microwaved meat at TEXAS OUTLAW BBQ. With over 25 years of experience, Mark and Nancy Grant have created a nationally recognized business. Porky Chicks BBQ has won over 300 National titles for Best Ribs, Sauce, Chicken, Pork including Multiple awards for People's Choice. They are also the Lake in the Hills Ribfest Champions from 2024 and 2025. They have traveled from New York, Ohio, Nevada and even as far as Canada.

    The joy of entertaining company ‘After Hours’ brought two guys together discussing, experimenting, and cooking barbeque on the grill. After many summer nights in 2013, these two men, by the name of Al Schroer and Josh Crall, took on the challenge of barbecuing into the wee after hours of their day jobs with much encouragement from family and friends. With courageous enthusiasm, they put their barbecuing skills to the test at Orrville’ s 2013 Rib Fest. After winning both Judge’s and People’s Choice their journey was only beginning. They decided that in 2014 they wanted to try their hands at more rib festivals, and some outside their local area. So far, they feel as though they have been a success and it is all due to the wonderful support of the people who continue to come out and eat their home cooked food. They are thankful for all the support, beginning with their wives at home and to the people who come back asking for more.

    The House of Brisket/Illinois is owned and operated by Scott and Noel Block. We started our business 6 short years ago using a mobile bbq trailer. Our goal was to bring great bbq to our part of the country. It has developed into a business better than we could have imagined.

    We don't have a shelf full of trophies. We have great food. We have customers who put our ribs on the same level as what they have had in Kansas City, the Carolinas, Texas and everywhere in between. Our bbq has been complimented from being the best pulled pork, Texas comparable brisket and rib tips made right. Don’t forget the pork belly. The burnt ends are meat candy! We love bringing great bbq to the Midwest."
